Inside each bubble is the same message; If you can dream it you must do it. The bubbles were released into the fountain in Trafalgar Square to float around and be picked up, opened and read. The realisation of ones dreams and aspirations is the first step to achieving them. Opening the bubbles is representative of this notion of setting ones dreams free.
